| Rose Melikan Rose Melikan was born in Detroit, Michigan and has degrees from the University of Michigan, the University of Chicago, and the University of Cambridge. Since 1993 she has been a Fellow of St Catharine’s College, Cambridge. Her academic research centres on 18th and early 19th century British political and constitutional history. |
